We are excited that you are considering Bentonville Christian Academy for your child's education. We believe in a Christ-centered foundation where students can achieve academic excellence while being supported by a school family that values academics and faith.

Classes Offered

Preschool

Must be 3 by September 1st of starting school year;  must be potty trained and independent in the bathroom.

(Children turning 3 after September 1st are eligible to begin the summer program on May 29th, 2012)

Pre-Kindergarten

Must be 4 by September 1st of starting school year; must be potty trained and independent in the bathroom.

Students must turn 5 on or before September 1st, 2012 to enroll in Kindergarten. K Registration:

Online pre-registration will begin at 8:00am on Monday, February 6th and go through 8:00pm February 17th. Final registration for students who pre-register online will be March 5th, 6th, 7th and parents will be required to bring all the necessary documents to the school from 8:00am-4:00pm in order to formally complete the enrollment of their child.

Open enrollment will begin March 15th, 2012 and continue until all seats are filled. Parents may bring the necessary documents to school from 8:00am-4:00pm to enroll their child.

A child will not be considered enrolled until all necessary paperwork is complete, documents are turned in, and enrollment fee paid.

 

K Requirements for enrollment:

1. Application completed and notarized

2. Copy of the child's birth certificate on file

3. Copy of the child's Social Security Card on file

4. A current physical examination (within the last 24 months)

5. Up-to-date immunization record. The following immunizations are required:

*A minimum of 4 doses of DTaP/DTP/DT/Td with at least one does administered on or after the child's 4th birthday.
*A minimum of 3 doses of OPV/IPV, with the last dose administered on/after the child's 4th birthday. (A child who has received 4 or more doses of polio vaccine, does not have to receive a dose of   polio vaccine after the 4th birthday.)
*Two (2) doses of M/MR/MMR-Measles with the first does on/after the child's 1st birthday and the second dose at least 28 days after the first dose.
*Three (3) doses of Hepatitis B before entering Kindergarten
*Two (2) doses of Varicella-Chickenpox with the first dose on/after the child's 1st birthday and the second dose at least 28 days after the first dose.

Immunizations listed above must be complete or religious/medical exemption must be on file by August 20, 2012 for a child to be assigned to a Kindergarten class.
